Vendor Integration Issues


TITAN is currently receiving reports of intermittent issues with Vendor Integrations regarding the successful transmission from TITAN to Vendors. We have substantiated some cases from 9/23 through yesterday. The issue is still under review.

If you place Purchase Orders in TITAN and use a Vendor Integration, please verify the orders with your Vendor. Orders may need to be copied and resubmitted or sent via email or phone to ensure timely delivery. If you are experiencing issues, new orders should be placed via email or phone until we have confirmed the integrations are running correctly.

Please send communication, with the Vendor and date, to support@titank12.com if you have any orders that have not been correctly transmitted. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
