TITAN - Intermittent Activity within District Portal

TITAN has resumed to normal operations with regards to the District Portal. Please note, your Point of Sale access and meal service should not have been impacted.

In the event you experience any issues, please contact TITAN Support at support@titank12.com, and when doing so, we ask that you please identify the user, when this was encountered, and in which part of the platform the issue occurred.

Monitoring

Our team is currently monitoring and continues to investigate the intermittent disruptions in services that we shared earlier with our districts. It is possible that a subset of our district customers may experience this potential intermittent delays and/or issues logging into the TITAN District Portal.

Please note that this is isolated tot he TITAN District Portal. It should not impact your team’s ability to access the Point of Sale and complete meal service.

Problem Identified

Our team is currently aware of intermittent disruptions in service. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is working diligently to resolve these issues. At this time, it is possible that a subset of our district customers may experience some potential intermittent delays and/or issues logging into the TITAN District Portal.
