LINQ Nutrition (TITAN) has now resolved the issue regarding districts receiving 500 errors when processing meal applications within District Portal. All services are now operating as normal and we do not anticipate any further issues.

LINQ Nutrition (TITAN) is experiencing a disruption of services with regards of processing of meal applications. The issue was originally identified on 8/19/2024.
The team is continuing to work to resolve the disruption and will post additional information as it is made available. Please note that this does not impact your service on point of sale; nor impacts a parent’s ability to successfully submit a meal application via LINQ Connect. This issue is isolated to the TITAN District Portal.
