LINQ School Nutrition (TITAN) is continuing to monitor the situation. Our engineering team has made updates within the platform that should allow users to navigate to Items > Item Receipts and successfully access/post the item receipts. Your school district should start to see normal operations within the TITAN District Portal.

LINQ School Nutrition (TITAN) is currently experiencing a disruption of services. This is isolated to the TITAN District Portal.
Issue(s): 1) When users navigate to Items > Item Receipts, the user will click the pencil and the system will log that user out of the system. This applies to item receipts that stemmed from orders or when trying to access item receipts that were manually created within the District Portal. 2 )Users are unable to run purchasing reports (Reports > Purchasing > Purchasing Data). A subset of users are experiencing the reports error out via Reports > Purchasing > Purchasing Data.
